About Genealogic
Emma Jolly is a professional genealogist and historical researcher. She is the author of Family History for Kids (2007) and Tracing Your British Indian Ancestors (2012).
Emma is an Intellectual History graduate of the University of Sussex (www.sussex.ac.uk). She successfully completed the IHGS Correspondence Course in Genealogy (www.ihgs.ac.uk), and passed the IHGS Higher Certificate in Genealogy (2006).
Emma sits on the Education Committee of the Society of Genealogists (www.sog.org.uk). She is on the recommended researchers list for the India Office Records at the British Library (www.bl.uk), and is a member of FIBIS ( http://www.new.fibis.org/ ) and London Historians ( http://www.londonhistorians.org/).
